    Therapy can be a transformational process of self-discovery facilitated by deeper levels of awareness and change. I believe we have an inherent ability to heal ourselves. Anxiety, depression, trauma, other mood disorders and life stressors can interfere with living a fulfilling life. These issues can become unconscious, causing problems in your life and relationships, and can make you feel overwhelmed, anxious, lost, depressed, or numb.

     

    I believe that therapy should meet the individual where they are and the unique set of circumstances that they exist in. My goal as a psychotherapist is to help you feel less alone and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
